So, here is the story. This year, on March 5th, was when I proposed to my girlfriend. Here is the story. I flew into town about 12 pm and was picked up by my mother. I then was taken to my girlfriends house and got cleaned up and changed over there. She was in college while I was at her house. After I got into my NAVY full dress blues, I went to the store with me mother and her mother and picked out a beautifull boquet of two dozen roses. I then traveled back to the airport where I picked up the car I was renting for this special occasion. It turned out to be a silver pontiac solstice. L jazz from the TRANSFORMERS movie. It was so cool, it had a convertable top and ran really smoothly. Anyways from the airport I left for the el pedrigal plaza, where I had my engagment place set up already. When I arrived there, I quickly found my server and explained to him what I would have liked to happen. He complied completely and was glad to accomodate us. I waited for Rachel there and made sure every thing was set up for her arrival.

After she got out of class that evening, she went home where she got changed into something very elegant and departed with her parents thinking she was going out to eat with them to celebrate our three years of being together. She was under the assumtion that I was going to call her while she was out with them to join in the celebration. When she arrived at the location where I was at, she stopped in her tracks. She was so surprised that I was there in arizona that she nearly ran up to greet me, had it not been for her heels preventing her from doing so. After we gave our hugs and said our hello's to each other, I looked into her eye's and said, "Rachel, for three years we have ben together and I want to spend the rest of my life with you." ::this is where I got down on one knee and openned the ring box:: And then I said, "Will you marry me?" And without hesitation, she said, "Of course yes." After that I stood up and placed the ring on her delicate finger and pictures were taken. We said good bye to our parents and then enjoyed our meal amongest the candle light and twinkling lights or the area.

After the dinner we took a cruise in the car, which rachel absolutly freaked about riding in, and then headed home, where the parents waited to congradulate us further.
